Privacy-sensitive data, or personal data, is processed through our webshop. Pancho and Amelia ASET bv considers the careful handling of personal data to be of great importance. Personal data is therefore carefully processed and secured by us.

In our processing, we comply with the requirements set by privacy legislation. This means, among other things, that we:

— clearly specify our purposes before we process personal data, via this privacy statement;
— limit our collection of personal data to only the personal data necessary for legitimate purposes;
— first ask you for explicit permission to process your personal data in cases where your permission is required;

Order processing

When you place an order with us, we use your personal data to be able to handle it properly. We may then provide your personal data to our delivery service to have the order delivered to you. We also receive information about your payment from your bank or credit card company.

For this, we use your email address, phone number, billing address, and name and address details. We need these because of the contract we conclude with you. We keep this information until your order has been completed. We retain certain customer data longer in connection with the statutory tax retention obligation.

Your account

For certain parts of our webshop, you must first register. You must then provide information about yourself and choose a username, with which we create an account.

For this, we use your payment details, email address, name and address details, billing address, and phone number. We keep this information until you close the account, so that you do not have to fill them in every time and so that we can contact you in the context of the execution of the agreement. You can adjust information via your account whenever you want.

Disclosure to third parties

We collaborate with certain companies that may receive your personal data from us. With the exception of these partners, we do not provide your personal data to other companies or institutions under any circumstances, unless we are legally obliged to do so (for example, if the police demand it in the event of a suspected crime).

Marketing

We would like to send you advertising about offers and new products or services. We do this by mail, by email, via social media, and by telephone. You can object to this advertising at any time. Every email contains an unsubscribe link. You can also communicate your preferences via your account.

Advertisements

Our webshop displays general advertisements. We do not keep track of personal data for this and therefore do not find out whether you like them.

We keep statistics on the use of our webshop. This data is always anonymized.

Cookies

Our webshop uses cookies. Cookies are small files in which we can store information so that you do not have to fill it in every time, and with which we can see that you are visiting us again. When you visit our webshop for the first time, we display a message with an explanation about cookies and ask for your agreement. You can disable the placement of cookies via your browser, but some parts of our webshop may then no longer work properly.
