How to order<\/h3>\n

To place an order, you must first log in and provide your details, as we require this information for shipping. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email to ensure your details are correct. Once logged in, you can place your order and proceed to checkout. <\/p>\n

You can delete your personal data and order history at any time. If you would like us to handle this for you, please contact us and we will ensure your data is removed. <\/p>\n <\/div>\n\n

Dissatisfaction or complaints<\/h3>\n

If you are not satisfied with a product or our service, please let us know by email. You will receive an acknowledgement of your complaint within one working day, and we will contact you within 14 days to address the issue in detail. <\/p>\n

If you are not satisfied with the handling of your complaint, you can also submit it to the Thuiswinkel Disputes Committee (www.sgc.nl). Always include your telephone number in your correspondence, as we value personal contact. <\/p>\n <\/div>\n\n

\n

Legal guarantee: right to a sound product<\/h3>\n

The legal guarantee means that you are always entitled to a sound product. If a product is defective, you are entitled to a free repair, a new product, or a refund. There is no fixed legal warranty period in the Netherlands, as some products last longer than others. If the problem with the product is your fault, or if the product has worn out through normal use, you are not entitled to a free repair, a new product, or a refund. <\/p>\n

The full text regarding our warranty can be found under point 6 of our Terms and Conditions. Skywalk wings come with a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty; this warranty can be extended by two years upon a first biennial inspection at Skywalk. <\/p>\n <\/div>\n\n

\n

Returns and right of withdrawal<\/h3>\n

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you takes physical possession of the goods. <\/p>\n

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us via an unequivocal statement (in writing, by post, fax, or email). You may use the model withdrawal form (PDF) for this purpose, but you are not obliged to do so. <\/p>\n

If you withdraw from the contract, you will receive all payments, including delivery costs, without delay and no later than within 14 days. We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back. <\/p>\n

You must return the goods to us no later than 14 days after withdrawal. The direct costs of returning the goods are at your expense. You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from use beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and functioning of the product. <\/p>\n

Repairs<\/h3>\n

You should never carry out repairs yourself, as this will void the warranty. With our permission, repairs can be sent directly to the relevant manufacturer or supplier. The costs for shipping and return shipping are the responsibility of the customer. Please request the return address from Customer Service. <\/p>\n <\/div>\n\n

Contact<\/h3>\n

We advise you to always contact us in writing by email. To keep costs low, our telephone availability is very limited. Always include your address details and telephone number(s) in your correspondence. If it concerns an order, please always include the order reference details. <\/p>\n <\/div>\n\n

Visits<\/h3>\n

If you wish to collect an order or view products, you can make an appointment.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n\n

Payment<\/h3>\n

During the payment process, you can choose between direct payment via iDeal, credit and debit cards, or transfer via IBAN. For payments via IBAN, the goods will be shipped once at least 50% of the amount is in our account; the remaining balance is to be paid immediately upon delivery. <\/p>\n <\/div>\n\n

VAT<\/h3>\n

All prices include VAT. VAT is stated separately on the order form and the invoice.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n\n

\n

Shipping costs<\/h3>\n

For shipping within the Netherlands, we charge \u20ac10.40 excl. VAT (\u20ac12.58 incl. VAT). The goods are sent by registered mail with a track & trace number via PostNL. Deviations from this can be made upon request.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n\n

\n

Payment method fees<\/h3>\n

No fees are charged for domestic payment methods. For payments from abroad, costs are charged at net value.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n\n

\n

Delivery time<\/h3>\n

If the goods are in stock, we will ship them by registered and insured mail within 3 working days. For special orders or when goods are not in stock, we will contact you to agree on a delivery time. You must sign for receipt.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n\n

\n

Delivery and execution<\/h3>\n

All goods are delivered by registered mail via PostNL. After shipping, you will receive a shipping note with the track & trace code by email. If you are not at home, the carrier will attempt delivery again. In the unlikely event that delivery is not possible, the carrier will return the goods to the sender and we will contact you.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n\n
