VAT refund for non-EU visitors (Tax Free Shopping)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Do you live outside the European Union? Then you may be eligible to reclaim the Dutch VAT on your purchase.<\/p>\n\n

How it works:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

  1. Request a Tax Free invoice at the time of your purchase.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Present your passport or proof of identity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. We will digitally register your purchase with the Dutch Customs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. When you leave the European Union, present the goods if requested and have the export confirmed digitally.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Once the export is confirmed, you will receive the VAT refund according to the applicable terms and conditions.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

    Important<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

    • The goods must be unused when you leave the EU.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Carry the goods in your luggage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Keep your proof of purchase safe until the 21% VAT has been refunded.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n
